*yo, K2, pass the yo over the 2 knitted stitches, repeat * to end
Instead of knitting 2 together to allow for the yo, you will be passing the yo over the 2 knitted stitches. Hope this helps and if you need more, let me know.
I almost thought the same thing: K2Tog? Then I thought - Oh how boring that will be!! Mind you, I don't mind lacy looks, but I just envisioned a holey mess.
I've started on the actual pattern and it's really quite pretty (even the "wrong" side looks nice - interesting texture to it).
I like the squares to have 2 good sides so I have tried to take that into consideration as I "make" the patterns. So glad you are enjoying the Under Cover Club.
